Course length: 1 day depending on categories and experience
This programme is designed for the operators of Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs), for the renewal of PAL cards, or for those wishing to learn how to operate MEWPs. This includes any vertical personnel lifts in which outriggers are deployed prior to elevation.
Course Objective
The objective is to instruct an operator to prepare and operate various types of Mobile Elevating Work Platforms (MEWPs), including any vertical personnel lift requiring the deployment of outriggers before elevating, thus immobilising the unit during elevation.
